Hovdala Manor Park and Orangery - Hovdala slottspark
This is a long established park of deciduous and fruit trees, a kitchen garden, maze and traces of its early 18th and 19th century layout. The kitchen garden enclosed by a hornbeam hedge contains older cultivated plants which have a connection to documented gardens round and about Hovdala. There is bladder-nut in the Orangery. The lawns are trimmed with the help of a horse drawn grass cutter.
The garden and park are open to visitors all year round, free of charge. Guided tours of the park and gardens June-July-August. A programme of events May-September.
